It happened again last night...
I was awoken by the sound of a door opening again. I turned over this time to look and heard the door slam and footsteps retreating loudly from my room like some one running. The footsteps headed to my parents room and I heard their door open and close.
So apparently it was one of my parents. This makes no sense. I've already explained why it can't be my parents.
That's not even the weirdest part though. I heard the door slam when I turned to look but the door... Well the door wasn't even open.
I must be going crazy or something. Maybe there's a gas leak or something. I told my parents what happened during breakfast in the morning and I thought I heard a gasp of shock when I mentioned it but when I looked they both seemed perfectly calm. I asked them to call in someone to check my room for anything that might cause this. Meanwhile just to be safe I'm sleeping on the couch in the living room downstairs.
Maybe you have ghosties. Or, well, much worse. Hopefully it's the first, for your sake.
